If you or someone living in the same house as you suffers from snoring it can drive you crazy. My Husband suffered from snoring and it got to the point were he was sleeping downstairs because the noise was almost like a fighter jet coming from his mouth.

It got to the point were if he hadn't sorted out the problem soon our marriage would have ended because I really couldn't cope much longer with it.

At this time money was tight so we decided the best option would be to try out some of these anti snoring aids, not that I was hopeful any of them would work but anything at this point was worth trying.

Stop Snoring Mouthpiece

The stop snoring mouthpiece was the fist device my Husband tried. He did not like it at all because he said it was very uncomfortable, but if it worked was willing to stick with it. After the first few night we had to give up on the device as it was not showing any great results.

Stop Snoring Pillows

My husband was much happier with the stop snoring pillow. I also had high hopes for this one because my Husband is a back sleeper which is most likely the reason he snores, and this fixes that problem.

After the first few nights of getting used to the new sleeping posture and pillow he was snoring on and off, but after 3 weeks once he had gotten used to it the snoring was massively decreased in the amount he snored and the sound.

Stop Snoring Spray

The stop snoring spray was something we knew a little about due to a friend of ours having good success with it. My husband tried it and for the first few nights it helped but not massively, and my Husband also complained about it causing him to have a sore throat the next day. After 2 weeks it gradually improved more and more and my Husband started drinking a small amount of water which he said helped with the sore throat he was having due to the product/.

After we tested each device we decided the best stop snoring devices were the spray and pillow, the two which my husband still uses today and have saved our marriage.
