64Getting rid of really bad acne can be very difficult, but with a few extra methods of how to clear acne it can be done. I'm assuming that you have already tried all the facial products available and there's little or no improvement in your condition, the reason for this is because acne goes a-lot deeper than just the skin, to really clear acne you need to attack it on the outside and the inside, the reason for this is because acne is caused not only by excess oil or dryness, but by an overload of toxins and hormones being out of balance. The routine to clear bad acne

- Wash twice a day, morning and night with a cleanser that doesn't contain harsh ingredients.

This is so effective because acne is mostly caused by the body not being able to release toxins through the right process, and the hormones being out of balance, by drinking green smoothies you are helping the body eliminate toxins through the proper process and it also helps balance hormones.
- Exercising also plays a massive part in clearing acne and overall health, by exercising you are again helping the body release toxins through sweat, plus strengthening the body's organs and cleaning the blood which all contribute towards clearing acne.
- Improving your over-all diet is also vital if you want your acne to clear, but remember if you want a treat every now and again, have it, and don't stress over it as the stressing will make the acne worse.
- Minimize stress as much as possible, studies have shown that there's is a link between acne and stress, this is because stress causes the hormones to go out of balance and can even create toxins in the body causing more acne. So remember next time you find a stressing situation arising try to avoid it or minimize the stress as much as possible.
- And most importantly stay happy, this sounds stupid but its very true in helping acne. If you let yourself get depressed and unhappy, your motivation will go and you will stop taking action to help your acne.
If you use the methods above you should start seeing improvements in your acne, for some people it may take a few weeks to see improvements and others it could take months, depending on how bad your acne is. And its important to remember not to get discouraged if it does take time to see results, because if you get discouraged your motivation will go and your skin routine will be effected. These acne treatments that work will not work for everyone and this is very important to remember.
