David Wolfe Scam - Is David Wolfe A Scam?
70David Wolfe claims to be a leading expert on human nutrition, raw foods and more. He is a speaker at many events and runs a company called SunFood which sells all things related to raw foods. He is also an author who has many popular books that include the SunFood Diet, Eating for Beauty and Superfoods. His both parents were doctors, this is where he says his desire for good health started. He also consumers a raw food diet himself and has for many years, which is more than you can say for most salesmen.
The Raw Food Community
In the raw food community the word "David Wolfe Scam" is being used regularly these days with many people split on whether he is genuine or just a salesman out to make as much cash as possible preying on victims who are looking for a healthier, happier lifestyle or even cure to an illness.
The David Wolfe Believers
David Wolfe has a large following and is treated as a guru by many people. They see him as someone who is very well educated and trustworthy and a leader in raw food nutrition and health.
The David Wolfe Non-Believers
There has been a growing number of people, including respected raw foodists who believe David Wolfe is a salesman and is only after people's money. These claims are being made because of his technique of how he talks up his raw foods saying buzzwords such as "super foods" "cacao healthiest food in the world" and much more. If you want an example you can find one of his lectures on YouTube or below.
The David Wolfe Diet
The diet that David Wolfe recommends is a raw vegan diet. he says this is mankind's natural food and if eaten can create amazing health and wellness. If you are going to start a raw vegan diet it is extremely important that you make sure you are not deficient in any vital vitamins or minerals such as VIt D, Vit B12 that do not come for raw vegan foods.
David Wolfe Is a Scam Artis?
Yes or No?
There are no proven claims that David Wolfe is a scammer after peoples money. And the public opinion on this is also split down the middle, many claim he is because of the way he talks up his products in his lectures while others believe he is a very good, trustworthy person who teaches people about raw foods, health and nutrition while providing foods that have very good health benefits that were very difficult to purchase before he supplied them.
My advice to anyone who follows David Wolfe or anyone is not to treat them as gurus. Listen to his lectures and educate yourself and decide on whether you think that he is genuine or not.

scam artist loser.
He seemed pretty passionate about his beliefs to me. When I searched for 'david wolfe' on google, I did go to the site that clearly believes he is scamming people, but if you actually read the site, you will find no real information that points to a scam, no credible info. at all. It sounds like someone is just bad, not sure why..
I see right through most of these "Gurus". Take info they give then research it yourself and DO NOT just blindly buy the crap these hucksters are peddling. Eat FOOD not supplements people! Eat fruit, eat greens, eat alkalizing foods. I've been eating mostly fruits for one week along with my veggies and have dropped weight noticeably and it isn't water weight. I eat more than I ever have, I'm getting to my perfect healthy weight and have tons of energy, great sleep etc. without having to buy over priced processed crap. David eats "raw food" really? LOL Supplements are all processed. He can't make money selling fruit so why not sell a powder or berry and profit? I'd like to see his fitness level and blood work before I believe him. Scammer? I only respect those who truly walk their talk, otherwise they're just another snake oil salesman. I don't dislike David, but he cracks me up. "mushrooms floated in on the cosmic winds" or whatever bull sh*t he said in a video? Come on.
We believe this guy is a Genius, This guy is out of this world he blew in on a cosmic wind wave!
Your the Man David!!!
Blind faith in self-proclaimed, "raw vegan" David Wolf seems unwise. He's not a raw vegan. Raw vegans don't push animal products when asked, 'What are the best foods to eat?' Wolf advises people they need:
Wolf: “Raw Goat’s milk. Just a little sip.”
"Colostrum is a great source of growth factors."
"Honey's got the Ormus in it."
"You can also use coffee as a base for smoothies." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s1RuaqbtuHE&feature
Goat's milk, colostrum and honey being products from animals and insects are not vegan. Putting coffee in a smoothie defeats the purpose of the smoothie, which is to consume nutrients the body needs. Coffee is counterproductive because it depletes the body of such needed nutrients as Vitamin B1, inositol, Biotin, potassium, zinc, and can also inhibit calcium and iron assimilation.
If David Wolf is a raw, vegan guru dedicated to increasing the health of people on the planet, why does he try to convince people to consume animal products and consume products that leach vitamins out of the body?
David Wolf's poison pill remarks discredit the vegan community.
“Make It (smoothies) as bitter as possible so you’ll drink it as slow as possible. “
Wolf: “If you’ve got Candida, you’ve got to do the pee cleansing.”
David Wolf, “I’ve seen people get into trouble with dates.”
I'm not getting the scam here. I have seen David Wolfe speak a couple of times now. I don't necessarily agree with everything he says, but I do think he is a great source of information and inspiration. The supplements he speaks about can be bought at many different websites not just his own.
I believe everyone has there own perspective on what's 'right' or 'wrong' to eat, and each individual is responsible for finding their own truth. If people choose to accept everything David Wolfe says as the absolute 'right', that's their doing not his.
proof is in the pudding, try raw and see what happens. if he is not right you will know. i tried it lost 35 pounds, no more sleep apnea, food cravings, blood presure is way normal, have energy, cut back on coffee,i am 58 and can outwork my co-workers who are years younger than me,what can i say.
Hes not a scammer, you dumbass people thinking hes trying to get money are ignorant. Look up everything he says, its freigging true. I bet the same people who say hes a scammmer are the same people who think 9/11 was a inside job. just stupid ass ignorant skitsofranic people. stop thinking everyones out to get you. Im sure he makes alot of money probably a fucking shitload, but its because he found healthy foods that increase a persons health and made them easier to get. he deserves to get a shitload of money because hes helped alot of people. If you dont believe him and think hes a scammer your probably one of those people who lives a very unhealthy lifestyle. I am 100% positive everything he has said about food and super foods is true. look it up, dont start talking shit about the guy when hes trying to help the fatass america we live in. How about you dont look at his videos and dissagree with him the start saying shit, how about you go out and try some of the shit he recommends. Cacao beans. that doesnt mean go eat a chocolate bar you fatass that means go buy actual RAW cacao beans. before there cooked and put with sugars and perservatives. DONT KNOCK IT TILL YOU TRY IT!!! So dont say another word about it untill you fucking try it, or it just proves that you have no idea what your talking about and your just a dumbass fat american.
OK, I think this person who wrote this is so stupid. Even if David Wolfe is a salesman, is'nt he better then the DRUG INDUSTRIE
I met David, he is very sincere, he spoke to me and a few friends for over two hrs telling us about the raw diet. He was very busy at that time and he still took time for "nobody's". I did not see a once of scam in him. Does he sell foods, yes, so what, it is his life and his living. I follow no guru's, never did, never will, and I have never seen David as that, just a man who has a deep conviction. I was 100% raw and vegan, I went to 70% raw and feel great and look great. So just because he is not 100% vegan does not make him a scam, nor does selling food, we all need to buy food. Is your grocer a scam? Is the fruit vender a scam? Do not be cynical, all the raw food in the world will not help that sickness.
Just like Matt and Angela he is after your money.
This website is a scam. David Wolfe is hated, because the world hates truth. This website needs to come down.
Yes, my loyal sheep, please keep rushing to my defense! And, while you're at it, please by ALL of my new Sunfood products, I guarantee they'll cure everything from gonorrhea to AIDS. As they say, the proof is in the Ormus!
Gotta love the "party of the people" types who are more vile, angry, and overbearingly against free speech than those who they proclaim to be the bad folks out there. When you make a bleeding-heart mad, they don't know what to do except cry and scream about taking the offensive information away! If only such goofs would see their own hypocrisies for what they are, but rather, they prefer to remain blind and ignorant to reality because their egos are too fragile to handle hearing anything contradictory to their perceived "truths".
Way to go, Jonathan Rios - you've shown the blundering liberal way once again, by accusing whatever upsets you as "lies" and then proceeding to suggest removing that which you don't agree with. David Wolfe has been shown time and time again to be a womanizing, lying, self-serving nutcase who relies on mysticism and faith in supernatural powers over science, and you people gobble it on up as if whatever the man says is gospel. How sad it must be to prop up liars as if they were prophets, all because in your world, the "big, bad corporations" are always 100% evil and any kook in a bathrobe who shouts about the powers of raw foods MUST be doing it for pure good!
Its interesting how most American health gurus like Wolfe rely heavily on Ayurveda and other traditional health systems. I am from India and while Ayurveda is widely followed in this country its efficacy is still suspect. The prime reason for this is that Ayurveda is still a cheaper health care option than the more expensive mainstream medical science.
What because he likes raw food and thinks it is healthy and good for people and the earth means he should be a pauper? what a joke.
and a farmer is a scammer if he sells an apple?
absurd
I watched a video of a man from Australia last night spewing hatred about David Wolfe using filthy language. In all the videos and articles I have read and watched I've never heard that kind of negativity coming for Mr Wolfe. I don't think of him as a guru, but he is very inspiring and up lifting. I haven't spent any money on any of his products bur because he has so much information out on the internet for free and it's always been positive.
I have been able to benefit from his years of knowledge for free and it has changed my life. I think he's brilliant and interesting. America is all about free market. If he can make money doing what he love GREAT!
Sorry I pushed enter a little early above.
Scammer, guru, snake oil salesman, vegan, terrible to profit off others, bleeding hearts..... I was just waiting to come across an Obama or Newt comment before I was lshmsfoaidmt.... Seriously people, dudes just another slightly out there, mildly intelligent guy who believes in something and found a way to earn a living from it. Why hate? He isn't selling you anything that is known to cause or promote anything bad like cancer, diabetes, obesity, heart conditions or anything else that 90% of the junk that the great people from marlboro to mcdonalds get away with...but it's ok now, they have apple slices and warning labels. Y'all can hate on him because he's not the crunchy mouthful of granola, you can hate on him because he hooks up with chicks and your failed attempts with both sexes has left you labeled neither straight or gay but just sad, you can even hate on him because you think his choice in facial hair is as equally cliche as it is disgusting, but you can't tell me you think eating foods known to be healthy and nutritious is a bad idea. I'm sorry, but the only thing dumberER (yeh, I said it) than half your arguments is the fact that hardly anyone actually gives a shit about the food and the idea that eating healthy could somehow, in one of those mind bending mysteries of the universe, make you a healthier person. Look, I hate dirty, stinky hippies... But I've been known to party with them a time or two and they are clearly as a group atleast two things. Healthy and Happy. Yea, shame on you Mr. Wolfe, trying to promote health and happiness... Where do you get the nerve?
first of all, these "suplements" are only sold because you cant get these superfoods localy, youd have to travel very far, and they arent processed either.
To me, David Wolfe is particularly UNinspiring because he doesn't seem to possess the health and youth that he claims is possible with the raw food diet. In the picture above the video, he is about 38 or 39. I've seen people that age that have looked much healthier and younger without paying any attention to their diet. I've also seen people thrive on a raw food diet, but for some reason he's not one of them. I've been scratching my head about why that is for a couple of years now, because I do think he looked exceptionally healthy when he was younger and I also think that he's a sincere person(maybe a little self-deluded, abrasively charismatic, and a bit of a profiteer)
David Wolfe is a flat out plagiarist. He and his partners in crime stole,? almost word for word, Arshavir Ter Hovannessian's out? of print book RAW FOOD EATING. They "published it as? Natures First Law....CRIMINALS ....It is SO embarrassing that people view this guy as some kind of authority. He just makes shit up as he goes along and is a dangerous guy.
This guy is puffy and overweight.. Not possible for a? raw foodist. WHAT A FRAUD
I wonder how many of you have actually tried a raw diet to really know if this is a scam or not. The only way to truly know is to try this for a minimum of 30 days and then decide. Products are made available for those who can't or won't take the time to go RAW via food only. Try it -then decide for your self. You have nothing to lose.
I'm a extremely full of GRATITUDE for what David Wolfe has been willing to offer us. I myself have been a vegetarian my entire life and mostly "vegan" since I was 13. As I progressed in my search for optimum health I realized that like most labeling words, I felt constricted, boxed, and uncomfortable with the label "vegan" and ALL other confining words. When we label people or ourselfs we create barriers, assuming that there is "us" and "them". Labels cause separation, not oneness. When we fight for upholding the "definition" of a word, say vegan, we lose the actual reason we came to it in the first place. Yes, David Wolfe speaks about using a few different products that are not vegan. Pearl powder, antler, and actual ants. It's not about living up to a five letter word, it's about choosing health in the best manner possible. As a teenager I also sacrificed my health to uphold a label I believed in. Now, as a adult after years of dedicating my time to seeking optimum health, I occasionally make a Ayurvedic drink with over a hundred medicinal herbs, ghee and honey. Does that mean that I'm going to run out and buy conventional cheese? Of course not. I CHOOSE what is best for me and my health in that that precious moment. Not living to prove to other people my seniority with my elitist diet. So who cares?! Eat and do what is best for YOU. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. Spend your time focusing on your on journey, allowing others to do the same. Don't try to dampen others light because you don't have enough stuff going on within yourself. Let's be AUTHENTIC. Let's be MOTIVATED BY LOVE. Driven by OUR INTERNAL INTUITION. where ever your presence touches, it has increased life. Let's remind ourselves that we are are DIVINE.
1. I have never seen so many spelling errors on one page!
2. I read above that the people who believe David Wolfe is a scam are the people who believe 9/11 was an inside job, and I just have to say-it was an inside job...most people who do any sort of research on that subject can figure it out. As for David Wolfe being a scam? No clue. Regardless, he is inspiring...if you're not paying for his information than why do you care? This will always be an opinion...it is very hard to prove someone's intentions.
I think that he went to far with all that selling .. I am raw vegan and I love his books and respect his knowledge ,however every website of his has something to sell...to me it looks like he wants to make money of everything in a( sorry to say) american way .
Sounds like the drug companys talking here trying to make him sound like a scam.
I new David before he was successful. He was a quiet, nice guy. He's turned into an egomaniac and a great salesman; but really has become a shyster. What I really didn't like, and the reason I can't take him seriously is how he plagiarized an out of print book by the Iranian author Arshavir Ter Hovannessian when writing "Nature's First Law". He didn't even appropriate it or make mention of it, he plained ripped it off. If he had more integrity, I would be more happy for him. Unfortunately he's a womanizer, likes money, and has poor ethics.
I love David wolfes videos;who cares where he rewrote research work;everyone does it dumb ass!Its been going on since printing was invented.Research it for yourself.I am simply amazed at all the jelousy and stupidity;I think Mr wolfe is wonderful, and you are the dumb sheepie!

Ok, this is really dumb....whether the guy scams people or not should be based on actually scamming something out of them and not giving them back what's promised. To try and say he scams because he makes money....that would be every person on the planet!
Do something real with your life people!
