Low fat diet plan

1. Clear out the high fat and cholesterol foods.

2. Replace with low fat foods and healthier fats e.g olive oil, seeds

3.Be honest with yourself and set realistic goals, don't try to out cut all unhealthy fatty foods straight away, cut out some at a time.

4.Replace one meal a day with a vegetarian dish.

5.Drink plenty of water, water can help make you feel full which helps a-lot when you first cut out fatty foods.

6.Look for low fat alternatives to your favourite foods e.g low fat ice-cream.

7.Ask for the low fat options at a restaurant,or alternatively you could ask if there was anyway to lower how much fat your meal contains.

8.Get your family and friends to join you, alternatively you could join a "low fat diet" forum were there's a community of people with the same goal as you.

9.Track your progress, if you see your making progress towards your goal it creates momentum and help motivate you towards your end result.

10.If you slip up or want the odd treat, have it, and don't beat yourself up after it,as long as you eat a low fat diet around 80%-90% you will still see great results.

Remember this is a basic guideline for a low fat diet plan and before undertaking any new diet you should consult with your doctor.
